My Healing Journal

To support people contending with injury, aging, life transitions, and chronic illnesses such as M.E./Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, Lyme, and Long-Covid, I created a substack about therapeutic journaling.

Journaling consistently to process our emotions and thoughts about ourselves, relationships, and events (aka therapeutic journaling) has been scientifically proven to benefit us in many ways, such as:

  • decreasing stress, depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms,

  • improving our ability to self-distance and process emotions, and

  • helping us cope with challenges and unhelpful, long-term emotional patterns.

My healing journal substack offers frequent therapeutic journal prompts to free subscribers, and

articles on living a life of joy, compassion, and inspiration amidst chronic illness, injury, life transitions, or aging 

for paid subscribers.
